Ernie Ball Nickel Regular Slinky Electric Guitar Strings 10-46star rating 4JiDoMarch 19, 2011these strings are great for overdriven rhythm playing or high gain lead playing. not the best for clean tone but i guess i like DR more for clean tone on a strat.. just makes the "strat" tone better than ernie ball for that specific reason. these strings really do last much longer than normal strings so if you're a hobbyist and play in your room by yourself most of the time than these strings are best.
