If you were put off by the somewhat dead sound of the Mexican Fender strings give these a try! Much brighter tone, but still retains the pure nickel warmth and extra long life. I am excited to find such a high quality string for so little. You owe it to yourself to try the new Fenders.

(11's) through a Fender amp at a half step down,on an '04 Srat and sounds just like SRV. of course through out the years of playing, i found technique is a huge factor but these strings make it easier especially for blues. If you dig blues get these strings !!!!! One thing I will say on the contrary which might be minor is that if you play like Jimi Hendrix,iStevie Ray ect. you WILL need calluses built up but building those hurts like hell after wards they feel great. Overall great warm tone get these strings Great price too. Allrighty everyone happy guit-fiddlin'
