Before I had also savares stings on the guitar, but they sounded bad. I am not sure if it was the medium tension or some bad strings. In fact the bass strings did not work. Now with the hard tension 520 R the guitar sounds very balanced. Fingerstyle works fine, but also strumming. The nylon strings do have a special surface, I love it.

Perfectly in tune (rare quality in nylon strings as you either have good tone but out tune strings, or dull sound and in tune strings). The basses are strong too, with a deep but clean and warm sound. The overall tone is clean and warm with good room for dynamic playing, especially with your natural nails. I love them, they improved the sound of my cheap Rodriguez guitar, and they work well also on classical, bossanova, and jazz stlyle.
